Prem Nath R is an entrepreneur with a background in technology, marketing and business development. His professional journey combines technical experience with a longstanding interest in identifying opportunities, developing services and building business relationships.

Niketha's journey began on 14 February 2001 as a sole proprietorship during his academic studies, with an initial focus on developing web-based products and services for customers within and beyond Kerala. Since then, the Niketha identity has evolved across different business interests, including multimedia and web hosting, tourism and consultancy.

His vision for Niketha Ventures is to bring together diverse business interests under a broader platform focused on creating opportunities, encouraging collaboration and building sustainable business relationships.

Niketha Ventures focuses on four key areas: Multimedia & Web Hosting, Tourism, Business Consultancy and Property Consultancy. Through these areas, the aim is to connect clients, partners and opportunities while developing practical, long-term business relationships.

Alongside his work with Niketha, Prem Nath R is associated with other specialised initiatives. He serves as a director of Ayurmudra Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and Chairman of the Council for Applied Siddha. He is also the Founder of Deva Vidya, which focuses on Siddha tradition and Marma studies.

His broader professional interests include technology, entrepreneurship, traditional knowledge systems and the development of initiatives that connect people, ideas and opportunities.
